Proof is fresh, pure and unpasteurised. Fresh because we make it in small batches whenever we run out; so there's no need for a 'born on' date. Pure because we brew it with malted barley, hops, water and yeast. No additives, no chemicals. Just pure beer. Unpasteurised because we don't boil our beer before we let you drink it.
